One-year limited factory replacement warranty
AGSHOCKS M3 and M6 shocks are covered for verified manufacturing defects arising under normal operation for 12 months from the original purchase date.
Covered products
What the warranty provides
After a claim is reviewed and a manufacturing defect is verified, the factory warranty remedy is replacement of the affected shock.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, aging, and consumable parts.
- Damage caused by human error, improper installation, misuse, or force majeure.
- Issues outside the 12-month warranty period.
How to make a claim
- Email nextpiece@whimspot.com with your order details, full name, address, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include photos or video of the issue when available. We may request additional information or the affected product for evaluation.
- NextPiece will review the claim and coordinate factory assessment. Shipping instructions and next steps are provided after the claim review.
Out-of-warranty factory service
After the warranty period, or for issues not covered by the warranty, factory repair may be available for a fee. Spare-part and labour charges may apply, subject to the issue and parts availability.
This limited warranty does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
