Shipping Policy

1. Free Local North Shore Pickup (Recommended)

To support our local riding community and eliminate shipping friction, we offer free local pickup in North Vancouver (Lynn Valley). Once your confirmed order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and available time slots.

2. Canadian Domestic Shipping

We currently sell and ship only within Canada. Shipping cost is confirmed by email before payment, based on your province and the selected service. Once your gear is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

3. Drop Request Fulfillment

NextPiece reviews Drop requests in the order received. A request does not reserve inventory or create an order. If your selected size is available:

• We confirm availability, final price, and pickup or shipping details by email.
• Payment is arranged separately after you confirm the order details.
• Confirmed orders are prepared for local pickup or Canadian domestic dispatch when the batch reaches our Vancouver facility.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, including to the United States or Europe. Product-specific factory warranty service is available only within our serviceable local region. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled.
